We want you to be completely satisfied with your Baked Tiles purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any unused and undamaged tiles in their original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns for individual loose tiles or leftover quantities from completed projects.

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific quantity of full boxes you wish to return.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your tiles in their original boxes and secure them onto a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.
Arrange Shipping
Ship the items back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please ensure you retain proof of postage as return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
