Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the true color and texture of our tiles in your own home's lighting. You can order up to five cut samples for a small fee.
How long will it take for my tiles to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for in-stock items. If you have a specific deadline, please contact our team to discuss express shipping options.
What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, tiles are fragile. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any breakages within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange replacements.
How do I calculate how many tiles I need for my project?
Measure the total square meters of your area and add 10% to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs. Our product pages include a calculator to help you determine the exact box quantity.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Baked Tiles is a supplier only. We do not provide installation, but we recommend hiring a professional tiler who is experienced with the specific material you have purchased, such as porcelain or natural stone.
Can I return unused boxes of tiles?
We accept returns of full, unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the tiles arrive back to our warehouse in perfect condition.
